A leading organization in the community health sector is looking for a Senior Manager/ Manager, Site Planning. This individual will play a key role in capacity planning and site selection for the location of community care facilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with the Ministries and Agencies for capacity planning to ensure adequacy of community care services in Singapore and develop plans to strategically locate community care facilities in Singapore
• Lead a team to perform site planning functions
• Conduct analysis of demographic data/ community needs and develop the assessment framework to determine the suitability of locations for community care facilities
• Secure approvals from management and the Ministry
• Manage project budgets, milestones, and implementation plans to ensure timely delivery of community care facilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning/ Business Administration/ Public Administration/ Facilities Management or equivalent
• Possess proven track records in site planning and management, policy operationalisation, and project management
