Our client, a Japanese MNC in the business of imaging, electronics and healthcare, is seeking for a suitable candidate to join the growing team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the full spectrum of order processing and fulfilment, including Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO)
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery in accordance with agreed timelines
• Accurately maintain and update sales orders and related documentation in the ERP system
• Coordinate closely with warehouse teams, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to arrange shipments
• Track shipment progress and manage delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfilment
• Provide prompt and accurate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and verify export documentation, including packing lists and commercial invoices
• Maintain proper records to support billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes
• Support supply and demand planning by providing relevant order, sales, and inventory data
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Business or equivalent
• Minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant supply chain/ shipping/ logistics experience
• Proficient in SAP is preferred
• Good working knowledge of Incoterms will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal skills
