A leading community healthcare provider is currently seeking an experienced Human Resource (HR) professional to lead their team in the areas of talent acquisition, strategy, compensation, compliance, and employee relations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement human capital strategies to support business growth
• Manage talent lifecycle: recruitment, development, and retention
• Guide managers on performance management, including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions
• Strengthen employee relations to boost morale, productivity, and retention.
• Provide HR policy advice and interpretation
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize manpower and enhance organizational capabilities
• Maintain positive union relationships

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in HR/ Business or equivalent
• Prior experience in a healthcare organization is preferred
• Able to use HR metrics to make data-driven decisions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with all levels of staff.
• Possess strong leadership skills to direct the HR department and influence senior management.
