A local company providing construction and interior contracting services to the healthcare institutions is seeking for an experienced candidate to join the team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and execute various aspects of M&E projects from Initiation to completion
• Coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works with consultants and subcontractors on-site
• Oversee and manage all M&E-related activities and issues
• Guide site supervisors to ensure work meets schedule, quality, and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
• Support the Project Manager in planning and executing M&E construction works
• Prepare method statements, progress reports, and required project documentation in a timely manner
• Attend meetings with consultants, clients, and stakeholders
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering/ Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination, or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 3 years working experience in M&E projects
• Dynamic and motivated personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office Software
• AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage
