A leading provider of community healthcare services is seeking to hire a dynamic individual to join their team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and develop a team of Procurement Executives, driving performance, capability building, and operational excellence
• Champion continuous improvement of procurement SOPs and system workflows
• Ensure robust governance, compliance, and audit readiness across all procurement activities
• Work closely with Clinical and Nursing leaders to align procurement strategies with operational priorities and budgets
• Oversee sourcing of medical supplies, PPE, and services in compliance with healthcare regulatory standards
• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including vendor management and contract administration
• Drive inventory optimization strategies to balance cost efficiency with supply continuity
• Lead vendor negotiations and performance management to ensure value, quality, and reliability
• Oversee and strengthen tender processes (RFP/ITT), including evaluation frameworks and digital initiatives
• Collaborate with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize costs and deliver continuous improvements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Degree in Supply Chain, Business or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Procurement, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/ senior capacity
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business One Central will be advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
