JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Sourcing & referring qualified talents to clients
• Conduct interview, assess suitability, conduct reference check for successful job applicants
• Provide consultative career advice to potential job applicants till extending job offer
• Manage existing clients and identifying new potential businesses
• Provide close follow-up with clients and ensuring services are met
• To establish long-term partnership with clients
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• A Diploma or degree holder
• Proactive and enjoy working in a team-based environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
