Our client, an organization in the public health sector, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and maintain the facilities in assigned locations; work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure standard of work done are in compliance to all rules and regulations
• Conduct routine checks and performance reviews with the contractors
• Understand and consolidate user requirements for projects and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Ensure proper records and documentation for all maintenance works and projects
• Ensure that facility management and security pass all required certifications
• Assist in new compound developments
• Respond to any critical faults in a timely manner
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Degree in Estate Management/ Facility Management/ Building or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant property/ facilities maintenance
• Candidates who are certified Fire Safety Managers will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal skills
