A leader in the tertiary education industry is seeking enthusiastic candidates to join their Talent Management team as a Manager/ Senior Executive (Talent Attraction & Management).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide support to the head of department to spearhead various talent attraction and development initiatives for undergraduate students
• Develop and implement operational strategies for the management of talent development programmes
• Collaborate with various educational institutions and vendors to design and deliver training sessions and workshops, mentoring initiatives to enhance talent skills, and develop strategies to attract students into the programme
• Maintain and manage budgeting and expenditure
• Manage scholarship initiatives and maintain accurate records of scholarship recipients, and program impact
• Develop/ maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (senior management, colleges, schools and department heads) to ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience managing initiatives such as leadership programs, scholarships or symposiums for Managerial post
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for the Senior Executive role
