An European global leader in protective gear is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the growing team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managed end-to-end order processing, ensuring efficiency and accuracy from receipt to invoicing
• Work closely with all relevant departments to support timely delivery of all products to the customers; proactively identify any root causes and possible issues and make necessary rectifications
• Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries and feedback/ complaints
• Prompt follow up on shipment details and keep customers notified
• Develop and align demand forecasts based on market intelligence and forecast information gathered
• Maintain and optimize inventory holding at item level to support business objectives while minimizing any errors and omissions (E&O) in warehouse though inventory management program
• Ensure backorder and service targets are achieved and Up to Data supply status is communicated
• Ensure timely and accurate month end closing documentation submission to Finance
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, inventory and supply responsiveness
• Be the main point of contact for commercial, logistics, all enquiries and escalation
• Other duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Minimum 2- 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Open to overseas travel (10-20%) per year
• Adaptable to a startup environment and committed to growing with the company
