An established company in the beauty/ FMCG industry, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyze and control the full set of financial reports on monthly basis
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly closing processes
• Review financial data to ensure adherence to the budget, including preparing variance reports for management review
• Work with Shared Service functions to approve accounting postings from Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes on budget allocation and spending
• Regularly monitor existing financial processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Work closely with the Shared Services functions to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with financial regulations
• Work closely with external auditors for year-end audits and support the preparation of annual tax computations and submissions
• Monitor and verify market expenses and control capital expenditures in the markets
• Ensuring local regulatory policies are up-to-date and accurately implemented across all financial processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth integration and compliance with local tax regulations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent are strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Financial Analyst
• Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making
