A well-established organisation in the public health sector, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Draft, update and communicate HR Policies; Ensure policies remain progressive and ready for the future through research and benchmarking
• Work closely with the HRBPs and line managers to rollout policy smoothly, answer any FAQs and provide relevant training
• Help to manage employee relations cases; prepare documentation and reports for investigations, grievances and whistle-blowing cases
• Monitor case outcomes and spot trends for proactive interventions
• Support cross-mission workforce transformation projects; work closely with leaders and HR teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Analyse workforce data and trends and propose recommendations for projects
• Map and review HR processes, identify areas and opportunities for improvements
• Develop HR communication materials e.g. FAQs, toolkits, videos etc to support change initiatives
• Support engagement campaigns and track effectiveness of HR Comms through feedback and analytics

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in HR
• Experience in Policy, employee relations, projects, HR communications is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable in managing complexity
