Our client, a Fortune 500 global leader in motion and control technologies, is seeking a suitable candidate to join the growing team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring prompt and professional service
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations (RFQs); collaborate with internal teams to secure order wins
• Drive revenue growth through order generation, price negotiation, and identifying new business opportunities
• Coordinate with sales, global teams, and supply chain to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery
• Monitor stock availability, propose alternatives, and communicate delivery timelines or delays to customers
• Handle returns, quality issues, and claims, liaising with internal teams for resolution
• Maintain accurate reports on open orders, forecasts, and sales performance to support demand planning

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Diploma and above in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of Sales/ Business Development and Customer Service Experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of ERP system will be advantageous
