Our client a leading manufacturer of petroleum blends is currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join them as a Logistics & Shipping Coordinator.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process customer orders into system
• Advise customer upon order completion, coordinate and follow up delivery order completion and shipment photos
• Plan and coordinate logistics activities with customers, forwarders and transporter
• Follow up on delivery orders, documentation with customers on timely basis
• Daily label printing and recording
• Issue cargo tally sheets
• Daily checking and printing of Blending Instructions
• Manage and coordinate outgoing shipments (vessel) for container schedule
• Plan and update shipping schedule
• Daily tank truck loading schedule update & time slot booking
• Daily outgoing goods monitoring and follow up
• assist the logistics team with other ad-hoc duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Nitec/ Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in ERP system will be added advantage
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
