JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage demand planning process and stocking strategies by collecting demand from internal customers e.g. sales team in SEA
• Plan and stock items via ‘Plan for Every Part Process’ (PFEP)
• Manage the execution of Kanban and Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) Programs – Contract review, stakeholder communication and implementation
• Manage and maintain healthy inventory over sales
• Work closely with internal counterparts e.g. Customer Service, Buyer, Sales team to handle supply management for customers’ inventory stocking.
• Manage weekly inventory report
• Consolidate ASEAN inventory reports monthly
• Other ad hoc duties as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in Planning, preferably in MNC or manufacturing environment
• Previous hands-on experience in Kanban replenishment / pull system is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
