A healthcare institution is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Senior WSH Executive.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) implementation in compliance with MOM regulations, ISO 45001, and the Ensure Safety System (ESS)
• Assist with safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions
• Coordinate WSH and fire safety training, maintain statutory records, and manage safety documentation
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions
• Maintain safety procedures, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and chemical safety records.
• Provide administrative support to the WSH Committee
• Assist with emergency preparedness, occupational health programmes, and hazardous substances management
• Support regulatory compliance, audits, reviews, and M&E-related safety coordination across the organisation
• Assist in managing daily facility and support responses to facility issues to minimise service disruptions
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in relevant fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
