A leading organization in the community health sector is looking for an passionate and experienced candidate to join the team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Advanced quantitative analysis, modelling and programme evaluation based on sound, rigorous and defensible methods
• Lead business intelligence and data operations to deliver high-quality end-to-end analytics, providing timely insights while supervising projects that drive data-driven planning, policy review, and collaboration with community partners
• Cultivate strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners to understand the key priorities and directions and influence partners in advanced analytics and programme evaluation
• Support the statistical analyses for major programme evaluation headed by the organization and primary research projects
• Support planning and operational decisions by partnering with programme managers and internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and business needs
• Lead the design and execution of programme evaluations—developing theories of change, advising on methodology, overseeing data analysis, and producing clear evaluation reports
• Oversee business intelligence efforts by guiding the creation of data products such as datasets, dashboards, geospatial tools, and machine-learning analyses, while managing workload and turnaround expectations fairly
• Manage and supervise the analysis of key statistics, correlations, and projections to question assumptions and confirm the hypotheses behind proposed programmes and initiatives
• Strengthen advanced analytics capabilities across the team and divisions by conducting workshops and co-leading communities of practice
• Translate statistical and scientific concepts into clear, accessible language to help colleagues interpret research findings

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in providing data support to business units with at least 4 years of supervisory experience
• Proficient in data analysis software and data visualisation tools
• Able to handle uncertainty and ambiguity and conduct analysis with business objectives in mind
• Attentive to detail and committed to data accuracy
