A leading community healthcare provider is currently seeking experienced Staff Nurses to join their expanding team in providing healthcare services to migrant workers in Singapore.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide nursing service/procedures and advice to patients
• Perform all other necessary dispensary-related duties
• Conduct assessment, develop care plan, perform clinical procedure, monitor conditions and perform re-assessment
• Match / link patients to the appropriate services
• Assist with the development and management of On-Boarding Programme for new staff
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Centre Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Diploma in Nursing with at least 3 years of nursing experience.
• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Able to perform phlebotomy (or have phlebotomy certificate)
• Candidates must be SNB-registered nurses prepared to work in migrant workers’ dormitory environment.
