A healthcare service provider is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Volunteer Management Executive (Healthcare).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the end-to-end volunteer lifecycle, including recruitment, screening/interviews, matching, orientation, deployment, performance review and feedback, recognition, training, and exit processes
• Identify potential sources for volunteer recruitment and address volunteer enquiries and feedback promptly
• Support the planning and execution of volunteer-related programs and initiatives that engage seniors within the community
• Build and maintain strong relationships with volunteers and community stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the volunteer database within the system
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of community events for residents and stakeholders
• Engage seniors and vulnerable groups, ensuring effective participation and smooth event operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Min. Diploma in Social Services/Healthcare related studies or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
