Project Manager (Ref: GCL)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and oversee the execution of large-scale, complex projects within the country.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all appointed M&E subcontractors to ensure successful project implementation.
• Maintain close communication with customers and building management regarding all on-site activities.

• Submit monthly sales forecasts for assigned projects and collaborate with the Project Manager to align with projected sales targets.
• Coordinate with procurement and perform quality audits on subcontractors to ensure installation standards are met.
• Partner with the project administrator to deliver timely financial forecasts, project closure documentation, and project margin analyses.
• Act as a senior role model within the project team by promoting discipline, enhancing team morale, supporting a collaborative work environment, and mentoring junior Project Engineers when needed.
• Champion a culture of workplace safety and ensure adherence to Vertiv’s safety protocols and standards.
• Take full responsibility for preparing accurate project cost estimates and ensuring overall project profitability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in M&E Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years site M&E experience preferable in the Data Centre site preparation environment would be favorable.
• Experience in budgeting, planning, control & managing resources.
• Experience in presenting to project stakeholders.
• Well-versed in the Microsoft Office, Project & Autocad software.
