What PW Mark Plus Means
The PW Mark recognises firms that pay progressive wages to their lower-wage workers. PW Mark Plus goes a step further: on top of meeting the wage requirements, accredited firms also adopt the Tripartite Standard on Advancing the Well-Being of Lower-Wage Workers (TS-LWW) — a commitment to genuinely support the workers behind the wage numbers, not just meet a pay floor. In practice, that means Celecti commits to:
